A: Family owned for five generations, The French Paper Company is one of the smallest paper mills in America. For projects involving large quantities of paper, French Paper is available through commercial paper merchants located throughout the world (see merchant locator). Small quantities of these same papers and envelopes can be ordered on line through frenchpaper.com (described below).
Q: What is frenchpaper.com:
A: Frenchpaper.com is an online store where you can purchase small quantities of French Paper in sheet sizes ranging from 8.5" x 11" to 26" x 40" and envelopes. "Next Business Day" and "Second Business Day" express shipping is available for paper and envelopes if your order is placed prior to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Q: How is French Paper and other Hard Goods shipped:
A: All French Paper orders and other hard goods that are purchased on line are sent by UPS, using the method you select during the "Check Out" process when you are at the "Please Select a Shipping Method" section. Please note the estimated delivery date is based on you placing your order PRIOR to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday -Friday, Holidays excluded. For orders placed AFTER 3:00 PM Eastern Standard, and or on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed as an order on the following business day, based on the method you have selected (Example: If you place a next business day order on Wednesday at 5:00 PM EST, you order will be processed on the following business day which is Thursday and will be shipped Next Business Day to arrive on Friday).
Shipping Disclaimer: Due to the quantity of orders processed in our shipping department and the time involved in packaging and processing each order, we can no longer guarantee Ground orders will ship the same day they are received. While French Paper Company promises to make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please choose your shipment method according to your time constraints.
Q: What is the return policy for French Paper orders:
A: French Paper accepts returns on all items, provided that the products are returned unopened and undamaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original date of order. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Once we receive the package in good condition, we will credit your card for the cost of the merchandise. Please note that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
ALL DAMAGES AND SHIPMENT ERRORS MUST BE REPORTED TO FRENCH PAPER COMPANY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER.
